Vandals Slash Tires of French Tourists

SAINT-PIERRE-SUR-MER, France —
About 70 cars belonging to foreign tourists have had their tires slashed by vandals in this small Mediterranean port, police said Friday.
They said the cars, most of which belonged to Belgian, Swiss and Dutch tourists, had all four tires slashed with a knife.
