Oltmans Headquarters Relocated to Whittier

Oltmans Construction Co., has relocated its corporate headquarters to a new $5.5-million, 53,000-square-foot company-owned office complex at 10005 Mission Mill Road, Whittier. The new complex includes a 33,000-square-foot, two-story office building and a 20,000-square-foot service facility. The architect of the office building was Langdon Wilson Mumper, Los Angeles, while the service building was designed by John D. Blackburn & Associates, Glendale.
The firm has also opened a Ventura County regional office at 200 N. Westlake Blvd. Suite 201, Westlake Village. The office is managed by Phil Saide, an Oltmans employee since 1979. He currently is overseeing nearly a million square feet of construction in Ventura County.

Laurence Allen, Architect, A.I.A., has opened an office at 1528 Cloverfield Blvd., Suite C, Santa Monica. The firm occupies 1,875 square feet on the ground floor of a converted brick warehouse across from Colorado Place.
ISD Interiors
ISD Inc. has opened an office of ISD Interiors at 5173 Overland Ave., Culver City, with Jan Belson as vice president in charge. The firm has offices in Houston, Chicago and New York.
Iliff, Thorn & Co.
Iliff, Thorn & Co. has opened an 8,200 square-foot office in the Centrum South Building at 725 Town & Country Road, Orange. The Phoenix-based commercial brokerage firm also has offices in Newport Beach, Sacramento, Denver and San Diego and San Marcos, Calif.
Lloyd Andersen Cos.
Lloyd Andersen Cos., a firm dealing in automobile financing, insurance services and data processing, has leased more than 52,000 square feet of space at 18581 Teller Ave., Irvine, for its headquarters. Cushman & Wakefield represented Andersen and the building’s owner, the Transpacific Development Co., in the more than $3.7-million transaction.
Morlin Management
J. Randall Moore and G. A. (Chip) Julin III have formed Morlin Management Corp. with offices at 624 S. Grand Ave., Suite 1208 in downtown Los Angeles. The firm specializes in managing and leasing office buildings and currently has about 1.5 million square feet of space under contract in Los Angeles and Pasadena.
CompuSave
CompuSave, a firm specializing in electronic retail marketing, is relocating its headquarters and distribution center to the Equidon Von Karman Business Park, near the John Wayne Airport. Coldwell Banker represented CompuSave in the transaction with Equidon. CompuSave leased 75,875 square feet of space in the project at 16842 Von Karman Ave., Irvine.
Native Sun Development
Native Sun Development Co. has begun construction of a new corporate headquarters in the Rancho Del Oro Technology Park in Oceanside. The Tustin-based firm will occupy a $2.1-million, two-building complex with more than 16,000 square feet of space. Completion is expected by the end of the year, according to Michael Mahoney, president of Native Sun.
