Work to Start on Structure

Construction is expected to begin this month on a $700,000, two-story office building in the new Corporate Park near Barranca Road and Jamboree Boulevard in Irvine, for PPM VII Partners.

George W. Seitz, AIA, Architect Inc., Irvine, is the architect of the 14,000-square-foot building. Completion is scheduled for January. Permenter Construction, Manhattan Beach, is the general contractor.
