Airport Waiting
I was quite taken with the June 9 letter from Rocco Armeni concerning his wife’s bad experience with an Alitalia ticket agent in Rome, for my experience with Alitalia is quite the opposite. So much so, that after two trips to Rome via TWA in the past three years, whereby they ruined my luggage (Polaroid pictures sent, no reply to my problem received), I intend to fly Alitalia exclusively for all my future trips to Italy, with a full intention to fly to Rome at least once a year.
