Itel Corp., San Francisco, said that, as a result of its decision to reduce membership on its board, directors Arthur C. Bass, Edward G. Jordan, Seymour Orlofsky and Paul F. Richardson have resigned. The company has undergone a management reorganization under Chairman Samuel Zell, a Chicago investor who last year acquired a significant stake in Itel.
