Applewilde Hills to Hold Grand Opening

Applewilde Hills, a single-family home development in San Marcos developed by Chevron Construction Inc., will have its grand opening this weekend at 1054 Gingerglen Road.

Designed by VCA-Randy Washington Group, the project offers four floor plans with one or two stories, two bedrooms and two baths, to four bedrooms and three baths, and two to three garages per model.

Concrete Tile Roofs

The detached homes are priced from $95,990 to $125,990 and have from 1,124 to 1,750 square feet. The total number of units is 600, with 40 being offered in phase one.

Exteriors feature fire-resistant concrete tile roofing and side- and rear-yard fencing. Interior amenities include vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, arched doorways, carpeting and ceramic tile or parquet entries, and some plans have skylights above the staircase to the second floor.

Sales office and model viewing hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday (closed Wednesday and Thursday).
