Units range from $355,000 to $395,000, with a homeowners’ monthly fee of $249.11, and offer three floor plans with two bedrooms, den and 2 1/2 baths. Some units are served by private elevators and selected units feature skylights, service entrances and wood stair railings.

Immediate move-ins are available in the security development. The sales office is open daily, except Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and until 6 p.m. on weekends.
