The Navy’s Blue Angels acrobatic team, making its first appearance since one of its pilots was killed in an air show, performed a “missing man” formation at the Dayton, Ohio, Air Show to honor the fallen pilot. On July 13 Lt. Comdr. Mike Gershon was killed in a crash at an air show in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
