With cannon blasts, the hoisting of 75 flags and traffic backed up five miles, the Boy Scouts opened their 11th National Scout Jamboree today. More than 31,000 Scouts and leaders and at least 30,000 visitors are to be entertained by the Beach Boys tonight at an outdoor arena. The jamboree ends Tuesday.
