Unrestricted Park Use

I was very upset after reading your article (July 14) on Milner Park. This park should be available to residents or anyone wishing to use it in the daytime.

I would like to mention that this area is where we picnic when we attend the Hollywood Bowl. There have been times when we have been turned away from this area and told it was reserved. We have seen that people who have made the reservations arrive late, and they never need to use the entire area.

Our family thinks it should be first come, first serve.
