Drunk Drivers
Gilbert Smith’s idea (Letters, July 24) is just great--special license plates for drunk drivers!
It can serve as an excellent warning to everybody on the street, to bar and restaurant owners, to the neighborhood, to police.
It certainly will be a big warning for the potential drinker! He or she might think twice before ordering the next drink.
