Grading to Start on Diamond Bar Business Center
Plans for a 217-acre Diamond Bar Business Center at the intersection of the Orange (57) and Pomona (60) freeways have been announced as a joint venture of Arciero & Sons Development Co. and Marlborough Development Corp.
The master plan for the $200-million project calls for 23 buildable lots with a gross square footage in excess of 3.2 million. Grading is to begin this month.
A terraced site plan, will provide full, panoramic hillside views to many of the tenants in office structures that will rise to nine stories. Massive masonry monument signs will be located at two main scenic thoroughfares which will circle the site.
