3 Suspects Arrested: Three men were arrested for allegedly selling $11,000 worth of cocaine to an undercover officer, Costa Mesa police said Friday. Terry Lee White, 39, allegedly made the four-ounce sale and was arrested at his Costa Mesa residence in the 100 block of Monte Vista Avenue at about 8 p.m. Rick Douglas Potter, 38, was arrested a short distance from the scene on suspicion of being involved with White in the sales, Costa Mesa Police Sgt. Tom Boylan said. The third suspect, whose name was not released pending further investigation, was also arrested at the scene, Boylan said. Potter and White are being held on $25,000 bail each.
