MCI found a new buyer for its cellular unit.

MCI Communications has repudiated a previous preliminary agreement to sell its paging and cellular telephone businesses to Mobile Communications, which later disclosed that it would use the mobile phone assets in a joint venture with Bellsouth Corp., to which MCI objected. The new agreement calls for sale of the subsidiary to McCaw Communications Cos. for about $120 million.
