Greenpeace, the environmental organization whose flagship Rainbow Warrier was blown up in New Zealand last month, has obtained another vessel and sent it on a mission to the Antarctic. A spokesman said Greenpeace hopes to focus attention on threats to the continent that could be created by large-scale exploitation of its mineral reserves. The vessel, a former tugboat that was renamed Greenpeace, will stop in New Zealand.
