Mobile Home Park Sold to Residents
Within 10 days of opening, 75% of the 13-year-old Rancho Monserate mobile home park in Fallbrook was sold to residents by American Park Homes for a total of $8 million in sales.
“We’re currently arranging for some of the rest of the residents, who are eligible for low-or moderate-income loans, to buy their lots, and we’ve arranged for some long-term leases for those residents who do not want to buy,” Arthur Hurd, American Park Homes representative, said.
