Vicars, Resnik Promoted at Lancore

Lancore Technologies Inc. in Westlake Village has appointed Peter N. Vicars president and chief executive. Dennis Resnik, a Lancore founder, becomes chairman of the board and assumes the responsibilities of executive vice president for marketing and sales.

Vicars was president of the Qume Memory division of ITT until last March, when he resigned to pursue venture capital interests.
