Bombs Jolt Chile’s Capital

SANTIAGO, Chile —
Bombs exploded during the night at an officers club of the Chilean paramilitary police and at an air force monument in the capital, causing damages but no injuries, police said Tuesday. No one claimed responsibility for the attacks, which came after a recent court ruling that 14 policemen were involved in the murders of three Communists in March.
