Culver City
The City Council approved the sale of a 43,605-square-foot piece of land to the Southern California Edison Co. for $1,744,200 Monday.
Edison plans to build an electric substation on the property, at Hannum Avenue and Playa Street. The one-story building will be built to blend in with the surrounding residential area.
