Corona Police Seize Heroin, Arrest Six
CORONA —
Police seized heroin valued in excess of $6,000 and arrested six people in drug raids at two homes, police said Thursday.
In simultaneous raids Wednesday on houses on West Grand Boulevard and North Garfield Street, detectives found 225 balloons of heroin, Sgt. Roy VanderKallen said.
The officers arrested five men and a woman on charges including possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotics paraphernalia and being under the influence of drugs.
