Lawsuit Over Bombing of MOVE Is Dismissed

PHILADELPHIA — A judge dismissed a suit filed by activist lawyer William Kunstler seeking a grand jury investigation and coroner’s inquest into the fatal MOVE fire.
Judge Alfred J. DiBona Jr. dismissed the lawsuit Thursday.
Kunstler filed the suit in June, 25 days after police bombed the headquarters of the radical group. The bomb started a fire that killed 11 MOVE members and burned 61 homes in the neighborhood.
