NOT-SO PETTY CASH

Regarding Laura Suarez’s letter about Bob Geldof’s hair (Calendar Letters, Aug. 18), I happen to think that Geldof is one of the most wonderful people around today. He has done so much to raise the social consciousness about the situation in Africa.

And personally, I like his hair, and I will give Live Aid another $20 for him not to buy a comb. (I also think the rest of him is gorgeous, but that’s another story.)
