Richard W. Chan, chief executive of Los Angeles-based California Pacific National Bank, has taken on the additional title of president, succeeding Howard K. Lee, who remains a director. Chan was also named to the board.
Also, Cary Ching was promoted to executive vice president, and Nancy Huntington was named vice president-administration.
