Nixon Starts Foreign Trip, Will Meet With Leaders

NEW YORK —
Former President Richard M. Nixon on Tuesday began a private foreign tour in which he will discuss national and international affairs with government leaders, an aide said. Nixon will visit Japan, South Korea, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Burma, Pakistan, Turkey and Britain.
