Our Real Worries
Kudos and a doff of the ol’ fedora to Lois Levine’s letter (Aug. 7) about garage sales.
They are disgusting blotches in any neighborhood and should be banned.
We have one every week on Riverside Drive in the Toluca Lake area where racks of clothing are pushed onto the lawn and driveway in addition to junk strewn about.
This is a business and should be licensed and run from a store.
