First Septuplet to Go Home: One of three surviving Frustaci septuplets will be allowed to go home Friday, and the other two may follow in about a month, a spokesman for Childrens Hospital of Orange County said Tuesday. Patricia Ann Frustaci, the first-born of the seven infants who were born 12 weeks prematurely on May 21 to Patricia and Samuel Frustaci of Riverside, will be the first to be released from the hospital, said hospital spokesman Doug Wood. All seven infants weighed less than two pounds and suffered from a lung disease. One was stillborn, and three others died between May 24 and June 9. Wood said the girl’s two surviving brothers, Stephen and Richard, are in fair and stable condition.
