Agoura Hills Approves $7.2-Million Budget

A $7.2-million budget that gives Agoura Hills what an official called a “bright and adequate” financial future during the 1985-86 fiscal year was approved Wednesday night by the City Council.

The spending package is 38% more than last year’s, but City Manager Michael Huse said the increase is primarily due to a change in accounting procedures that now count capital-improvement money with the city’s general fund.
