The Baldwin Co. has announced sales successes at two developments in Carmel del Mar, a 1,000-acre planned community east of Del Mar. It sold all 47 homes released in June at Sunstream--attached two-story homes priced from $107,500 to $126,500--in two successive openings marked by camp-outs, and sold 18 of 28 homes during the opening weekend at Seabridge--single-family detached homes from $158,900 to $189,900.

Pacific Scene’s Summerhill community of duplex homes reported the sale of 120 units valued at $14.6 million during the first six months the coastal project was open in Encinitas. Eventually the development will contain 236 homes with 1,504 to 2,083 square feet of space, priced from $111,990 to $125,990.

Woodbridge Seaport in Irvine has sold all its 72 homes, according to the Irvine Co., which developed the one- and two-story single-family detached houses ranging from 1,058 to 1,589 square feet.
