Rental Managing Course Scheduled

A 10-session class on the fundamentals of rental management will be offered by West Los Angeles College Community Services, beginning Sept. 17.

The class is offered in cooperation with the California Apartment Assn. as Course 1 in the Apartment Manager Program, accredited and certified by the National Apartment Assn. It has been approved by the state Department of Real Estate for 21 hours of continuing education credit.

The enrollment fee of $230 includes the required textbook and certification fee. The class will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. on the college’s campus at 4800 Freshman Drive, Culver City and details are available from the college’s community services department.
