Glenoaks, a development of 76 single-family homes in Loma Linda, opens today with 36 homes. Twenty-three have already been sold.
Priced from $94,990 to $128,990, with VA, FHA and conventional financing, the homes are being offered by Lifetime Homes of California in four one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,406 to 1,985 square feet.
Designed by Dale Cexton & Associates, the homes are available with three or four bedrooms, two to three baths, cathedral ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, skylights, greenhouse windows, breakfast nooks or eating bars and ceramic-tile counters.
Four models decorated by Design I of Century City and the sales office are open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Lawton Avenue between Bryn Mawr and Whittier avenues. First move-ins are scheduled Oct. 15.
