Roger Lee was named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Vector Graphic, a Westlake Village-based personal computer firm. He previously was vice president of finance and chief financial officer for the company, and will continue to serve as chief financial officer. Lee reports to Michael P. Sutherland, who last week was named Vector’s president and chief executive officer. The appointments were made after Vector and Dual Systems Control Corp., a private Berkeley-based computer firm, decided not to renew a 5-month-old contract under which Dual had administered Vector’s day-to-day operations. Vector and Dual have an agreement in principle to merge, which was extended last week through Sept. 30.
