Comarco Inc., the Anaheim defense contractor, announced Wednesday that it has more than doubled its credit line with the Bank of America to $10 million to handle its expanding business. The previous credit line was $4 million.

Glenn D. Buell Jr., president and chief executive, said the expanded credit line would be used to finance existing business as well as possible future acquisitions. “Comarco is in very strong financial condition with excellent liquidity. At this time, we have no borrowings outstanding under the new, expanded credit line,” Buell said in a prepared statement.

A spokesman said Comarco has no potential acquisition candidates in line but is looking for companies with compatible, high-technology product lines to add to its business.
