San Diego
Human bones were found by beach goers in Leisure Lagoon Saturday. The site of the discovery is not far from De Anza Cove, where a head was found drifting near shore Wednesday. Police believe they head and bones may be from the same body.
According to a San Diego police spokesman, coroner’s deputies have examined the bones and said that they appear to have been cut with a sharp tool. They are believed to be those of a white male in his mid-20s, about 6 feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
