Nine of the 91 single-family homes at The Heights in Scripps Ranch remain to be sold. Two plans offer three bedrooms and two baths, and four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,620 to 1,996 square feet. Remaining homes are priced from $148,990 to $178,990, according to W. Wolf Properties, developer. The project is on Spring Canyon Road.

University Towne Square, 4435 Nobel Drive, La Jolla, has reported 39 of its 56 homes sold, according to Douglas Allred Co., builder. Two-story town houses and one-story condominiums offer one or two bedrooms or two bedrooms and study with one or two baths in 680 to 1,070 square feet, priced from $79,990 to $121,990.

Rancho Santa Fe Vista has reached the 75% mark in sales, according to Harry L. Summers Inc., developer. Planned for 187 homes, it has made 137 sales to date and has 14 homes left in early phases. Four one- and two-story plans have three or four bedrooms, two or three baths in 1,610 to 2,321 square feet, priced from $139,000 to $200,000. Project is three miles north of Rancho Santa Fe at 2070 Avenida La Posta.

Only 35 remain of the 83 single-family homes in Kaufman & Broad’s California Hills community, 11296 Heathcliff Drive, Riverside. All four floor plans are represented, offering three and four bedrooms, two and 2 1/2 baths in one or two stories, 1,200 to 1,700 square feet, $94,990 to $114,990.
