I’ve been a reader of Home for a good many more than the eight years Sherry Lee Snider refers to -- and I find the beautiful pictures presented not in the least depressing -- in fact, I would love to live in “sterile perfection” for a change. And as far as her desire to visit one of them with her 2-year-old son, husband, cat, Yorkie puppie and two Irish wolfhounds -- all I can advise her to do is to stay at home. We have a cat and a dog, but no hairs on the sofas; the pets have their designated areas.
