A regional office of the Sammis Co., commercial developers, has been opened at 31127 Via Colinas, Westlake Village, with Russell A. Goodman named president of the firm’s Los Angeles/Ventura operations, including the 50-acre Conejo Corporate Center in Newbury Park.
