PSO Delphi, a Los Angeles-based film production and distribution company, announced that Mark Damon will step down as chairman to concentrate on the company’s worldwide production and distribution efforts. President Lewis J. Korman will become chief executive and John W. Hyde, vice chairman, will become chief operating officer.
Damon will remain chairman of PSO Delphi and also continues as chairman and chief executive of Producers Sales Organization, which he founded in 1977, as well as PSO Presentations, the PSO Delphi production subsidiary.
