School Name Suggestions Sought

OCEANSIDE — Oceanside Unified School District is soliciting suggestions for the naming of an elementary school scheduled to open next September.
The school is near the new municipal golf course in the San Luis Rey Valley. Board of Education policy states that school names should reflect the school’s location or honor a person who has contributed to the district, the community or the nation.
