Orange Coast Defeats Cypress in Water Polo, 11-5

Robert Mirande, Mike Ure, Eric Keller and Chuck Leatherman each scored two goals Thursday to lead the Orange Coast College water polo team to an 11-5 victory over Cypress in a nonconference match played in the Chargers’ pool at Cypress.

The Pirates improved to 5-2 with the win, while the Chargers dropped to 4-3-1. Kyle Lindo and Kevin McKee scored two goals apiece to lead Cypress.
