Residents Protest Council Spending
Many residents of Norwalk have always suspected the Norwalk City Council of living high off the hog at our expense. Thank goodness it’s finally out in the open (Southeast/Long Beach sections, Sept. 14-15). We need a City Council that will work for us, not by spending $6,000 on one dinner in an exclusive Palm Springs restaurant.
Norwalk City Council members should be ashamed of themselves. Now we know where our tax dollars are going.
Next April we’ll be able to tell the City Council what we think of their outrageous spending.
Keep up the great work, L.A. Times.
