Deer Creek Co. Opens First Phase of Alta Loma Project

The first phase of 27 homes opens today at Compass Rose, which will be a development of 96 single-family homes at Banyan Street and Vineyard Avenue in Alta Loma. Six have been sold and the first phase is scheduled for occupancy in December.

The project will be developed in three phases by the Deer Creek Co. One- and two-story homes offer three and four bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths in four floor plans from 2,207 to 2,896 square feet of living area, priced from $145,950 to $183,950.

All have sloped ceilings, breakfast nook with bay windows, three-car garages, front-yard landscaping and sprinklers. Twelve tile-roofed Mediterranean elevations are available. Four decorated models, staffed by the Mitchell Co., are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 6108 Banyan St.
