San Diego employers foresee “favorable employment prospects for the final months of 1985,” according to Manpower Inc. “Our survey shows that 27% of employers surveyed intend to increase staff” during the remainder of the year, according to Phil Blair, co-owner of Manpower’s San Diego office.
