Murder Charge Filed
A Glendale man was charged Tuesday in the murder of the unborn baby of a 14-year-old girl he had allegedly been sexually assaulting for the past two years, police said.
David Wilhelm Franklin, 24, was arraigned in Pasadena Municipal Court on one count of murder, two counts of oral copulation and one count each of sodomy and forcible rape involving the daughter of his girlfriend of seven years, Glendale police said.
He did not enter a plea and is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.
