International Playtex will sell its Orlane line.

The sale of the cosmetic and hair-care line to Kelemata, Italy’s largest skin-care company, will “allow us to concentrate our resources and management on our more important Halston Fragances business,” said International Playtex President Hercules Sotos. International Playtex is a unit of Beatrice Cos. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
