21 Philippine Troops Slain

MANILA —
At least 21 soldiers were killed and 10 wounded Thursday when they were ambushed by suspected Communist guerrillas, the official Philippine news agency said. The soldiers were on their way to Dipolog in southern Zamboanga del Norte province when heavily armed men attacked them.
