Theater Being Built
A 24,000-square-foot theater is under construction in Vallecitos Town Center in San Marcos for Edwards Theaters of Newport Beach. The six-screen facility will be located at California 78 and Nordahl Road in a free-standing $1.5-million structure. Lusardi Construction Co. is the cotractor.
