Newport Beach Builder Announces New Name

Wittenberg-Livingston Inc. is the new name of the Wittenberg Corp. of Newport Beach “to reflect,” as Eric A. Wittenberg, president of the company since 1967, expressed it, “16 years of being business partners and a lifetime of friendship with Vice President C. Ronald Livingston.”
The firm--which is currently developing a 200-unit condominium community in Ventura, a 246-unit apartment project in Vista, and a 540-home single-family development in Ventura--has been in business for 36 years.
