Discovery-Rialto Single-Family Homes to Be Introduced Today

Mediterranean-styled one- and two-story single-family houses are featured in the 79-unit Discovery-Rialto development opening today in Rialto.

The first increment of 24 three-bedroom houses in the USA Properties tract features houses ranging in size from 1,250 to about 1,500 square feet, priced from $72,500 to $84,500. Late December move-ins are projected.

Features include concrete tile roofs, oak or tile entries and vaulted ceilings. Four floor plans are offered, with wood-burning fireplaces, luminous kitchen and bathroom lighting, oak cabinets, central air conditioning, attached two-car garages, landscaped front yards with sprinklers and fenced rear yards.

Four furnished models are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Thursday at the corner of Cactus Road and San Bernardino Avenue.
