2 U.S. Airmen Killed in Car Crash in Italy

MARTINA FRANCA, Italy —
Two Americans from the U.S. Air Force Base in Brindisi, Italy, were killed when their car hit a tree near Martina Franca in the heel of the Italian boot, police said Sunday.
The victims were identified as Lt. Brian P. Dunne, 26, and Lt. Col. Richard T. Murphy, no hometowns available, Italian police said.
