Paul L. Green, 45, United Airlines’ regional vice president-Southwest, based in Los Angeles, will become the airline’s senior vice president and general manager-central division, based in Chicago. Gus London, 54, currently manager of station operations at Kennedy International Airport in New York, will replace Green.
